2023年，刘志芳踏入家政行业，开启了一段充满挑战与收获的旅程。她具有敬业精神和专业素养，在家政行业绽放着巾帼风采。 她从事母婴护理行业以来多次获得大赛奖项： 2024年10月，刘志芳参加天津市选拔赛入围天津市代表队参加了2024年北京巾帼家政服务职业技能大赛获得母婴护理赛项优秀奖。 2024年11月，参加京津冀康养职业技能服务大赛斩获母婴护理赛项银奖。
