冬至，又称冬节、亚岁，
是冬季最重要的节气之一，
民间习俗“数九”也正从此日开始。
冬至日，太阳光直射南回归线，
我们迎来这一年最漫长的夜。
此后太阳直射点向北回返，
太阳往返运动进入新的循环，
“阴极之至，阳气始生，
日南至，日短之至，日影长之至，
故曰‘冬至’”。
长夜将尽，万物新生，
携手法大，安度冬节。

汤圆
冬至吃汤圆，甜蜜又团圆，南方地区流行在冬至日吃汤圆，民间也有“吃了汤圆大一岁”之说，吃了汤圆，接下来的日子都会甜。

羊肉
冬至寒意始散，适逢阳生，羊肉香醇性温，滋补御寒，喝上一碗热气腾腾的羊肉，满身寒气将被消融、驱散。

八宝粥
在漫漫寒夜，与家人朋友围炉闲坐，听凛风雪落，喝香醇八宝粥。红豆、绿豆、黑豆、白米等食材交织融合，盛满了足以抵御寒冬的温暖与香甜。

饺子
饺子起源于医圣张仲景“祛寒娇耳汤”，至今仍流传“冬至不端饺子碗，冻掉耳朵没人管”的民谚。饺子是家的暖心味道，更是冬至的温情祝福。

米酿
传统的姑苏人家，会在冬至夜饮酿米酒，在糯米或黄米中，加入清香的桂花酿制，醇厚陈香，更有祛寒暖身之效，为平凡岁月注入期盼。

面食
西北地区有冬至吃面食的习俗，民间流转“冬至面，长一岁”之谚，一碗汤面，抚慰漫漫寒冬。
