《喜欢跑步》
持续跑步有五年了。从2018年6月1日开始的,当时的目标很简单,只是想瘦一点。
结果就一发不可收拾的喜欢上了跑步。从最初的跑步两公里,大概半年以后的跑步五公里,之后偶尔的跑步十公里,曾经最远的距离是一次半马。
目标5000公里,再有一年应该也能完成了,现在跑步的总量是3700公里。
就这样渐渐的喜欢上了跑步,当然我会一直跑下去,不止5000公里。
I've been hitting the pavement for five years now, started back on June 1, 2018, with a simple goal to shed some pounds. But man, I got hooked! I went from a newbie jogging just a couple of kilometers to breezing through 5Ks in about six months. Then I started knocking out the occasional 10K, and even tackled a half marathon – that's my personal record. I'm shooting for 5,000 kilometers, and I'm on track to nail it in a year, sitting pretty at 3,700 kilometers already. Running's become my thing, and you bet I'm not stopping at 5K – no way!
