巡逻卷：织密安全防护网
各地公安机关按照“一考点一方案”要求，提前组织民警踏勘考点周边环境，屯警街面、驻点值守，强化立体巡逻防控，提高见警率、管事率；会同教育等部门，开展安全隐患排查整治，清除噪音污染等可能影响考试的因素，全力维护考点及周边秩序。

各地公安交警部门提前研判考点周边人流、车流等情况，制定高峰时段人车分离方案，动态巡查掌握交通动态，在考场周边施划临时停车位，疏导拥堵路口、路段，依法快速处置涉考交通警情，确保送考车辆、人员安全通行。

服务卷：为考生解忧愁
各地公安机关统筹交警、巡特警、派出所等警力，组建护考小分队，在考点设置临时服务点，适时提供送应急护送、证件补办等服务，让考生安心应考、安全回家。

6月19日7时40分许，临近中考入场时间，在南平市松溪二中考点，一考生发现忘带准考证，焦急万分。正在执勤的松溪县公安局交警大队铁骑队员宋林灼当即驾车，护送考生回家取证，往返仅用5分钟，让考生如期参加考试。
