优化“动态巡查”，增强应急响应力
全省公安机关加强统筹指挥，组织巡特警、交警、派出所民警等警力，强化学校、医院、繁华商圈、公交枢纽、地铁站等重点部位和人员密集场所巡逻防控；围绕重点时段，对夜经济商圈、酒吧、餐饮、网红打卡地等重点点位加强执勤守护，通过显性用警、巡逻防控，保持“见警察、见警车、见警灯”。

各市州公安机关根据辖区社会治安及夜间街面警情规律特点，科学规划“必巡线”和“必巡点”，持续提升街面见警率、精准率和管事率。同时，集中优势警力全面排查安全隐患，严打突出违法犯罪，进一步净化社会治安环境。
