功能区域划分明确、动线清晰、宽敞明亮，是“变形”后的手术室给人的第一印象。无影灯更先进，为长时间手术创造理想条件。智能化设计的手术床方便手术医生操作。各种监测仪器相互配合，让医护人员对患者情况及时掌握。更高效的空气净化装置，进一步降低术后感染风险。

手术室“人变”

手术室改建前夕，总医院专门选派护理人员前往社会医院进行为期半年的进修。他们深入学习手术室前沿护理理念和技术，掌握手术团队如何更加默契配合，练习如何在复杂手术中迅速准确传递器械……知识与技能都有飞速提升。配合新手术室的成功改建，总医院邀请社会医院专家来院开展手术指导，为年轻医务民警提供学习和实践平台，聚力建设高质量手术学科团队。

学科发展

手术室“神变”

手术室升级改造后，手术室团队已协同各科室成功完成手术数十例，包括在多例胸腔镜手术中精准处理腔内病灶，通过腹腔镜手术提高治疗效率......手术室逐渐成为全院医务民警共同学习、交流经验的“大舞台”和学科建设的“主战场”，为总医院奋力建设全国一流监管医疗特色学科打下良好基础。
