垒球vs棒球，区别在哪？

球体更大：垒球周长30.4厘米（棒球22.9厘米），但材质更软。

投球方式：垒球采用下手投球，棒球则为上手或侧手。

场地更小：垒球场对角线距离约18米，比赛节奏更快！

核心规则速记

得分关键：攻方队员击球后依次跑过一、二、三垒并回到本垒即得1分。

出局方式：接杀、封杀、触杀（用球触碰到跑垒员）或三振（击球员三次挥棒未中）。

每局攻守转换：防守方累计3个出局后，双方交换攻守。

观赛焦点指南

投打对决：关注投手的变化球（如上升球、下坠球）与击球员的选球眼力。
