为进一步推动妇联工作高效开展，增进专职社工之间的交流与学习，2025年1月9日上午，顺义区妇联召开2024年度专职社工述职汇报会，区妇联党组成员李维娜主持会议，领导班子成员、机关全体干部、机关和基层社工共40余人参加会议。

会上，33名专职社工围绕工作职责，对2024年学习工作情况及工作中的收获、成长和不足，2025年工作计划进行述职汇报。汇报结束后，由分管领导结合实际工作情况进行点评，精准指出工作亮点与待改进之处，为强化专职工作人员队伍建设提供了有力支持，促使全体社工在未来工作中不断成长、不断进步，更好地服务于顺义区妇女儿童事业。

区妇联党组书记、主席肖雅文同志进行了总结讲话，对全体专职社工的努力与付出给予了充分肯定，同时也对未来工作提出了更高期望与明确方向，并强调：
一是要加强学习，努力提升综合素质。要学理论、学政策、学业务本领，提升解决问题的能力，不断从党的创新理论中汲取智慧和力量，做政策清、方向明、业务精的妇女工作者。
二是要强化服务意识，精准对接妇女儿童需求。要深入基层、深入妇女群众，全面了解不同群体妇女儿童在就业创业、家庭生活、身心健康、权益维护等方面的实际需求和困难，做到心中有数，为精准服务提供依据。
三是要加强团队协作，凝聚工作合力。妇联内部各部门之间要加强沟通协作，形成工作合力，做到上下联动、左右协同，确保各项任务落实落地。要明确各自职责分工，充分发挥各自优势，相互支持、相互配合，共同推动妇联工作高效开展。
