夏至前夕，江西省贵溪市人民法院泗沥人民法庭庭长、少年家事审判工作室负责人周淑琴和法官助理组织了8个家庭的家长们来到法院，就一起涉未成年人民事案件，现场释法调解，为家长们上了一堂“法治家教课”。

多年来，身兼两职的周淑琴始终强调家庭教育对未成年人的关键作用。她常常运用以案释法的方式，深入剖析家庭教育缺失可能导致的严重后果，并围绕亲子沟通、心理健康、行为矫正等方面提供专业指导，帮助家长掌握科学的家庭教育方法。

少年家事审判工作室成立于2020年3月，五年来审结家少案件3000余件，调撤率超过50%。发出履行监护责任告诫书、监护权证明书、家庭教育预惩戒告知书、履行赡养义务告诫书、家庭和睦劝诫书，创新了家庭教育的责任履行形式，深度直面当前婚姻家庭关系、未成年成长过程中的社会问题。
