重走渭华烽火路 智勇对决燃“炬火”
在党的104周年华诞前夕，一场别开生面、硝烟弥漫的“红色情景剧”在渭华大地燃情上演。渭南公安机关2025年度警衔衔级内晋升政治培训班的学员们，通过创新“党建实战情景沙盘演练”，化身革命先辈，亲历了一场代号为“炬火”的隐秘行动，在沉浸式体验中淬炼党性、熔铸忠诚。
徒步丈量信仰：12公里追寻先辈足迹
行动开始前，126名学员以一场庄严的徒步拉开序幕。他们高擎旗帜，历时两小时徒步12公里，直抵渭华起义纪念馆。

在苍松翠柏环绕的红色圣地，学员们凝视着展柜中带弹孔的军装、泛黄的手抄党章、锈迹斑斑的大刀长矛，革命先烈“为有牺牲多壮志”的豪情穿透岁月直击心灵。

“起义领导人唐澍同志牺牲时年仅25岁，和我们许多年轻民警年纪相仿……”讲解员动情的讲述让不少学员眼眶湿润。

在烈士纪念碑前，全体学员高举右拳，重温入党誓词，铿锵誓言在山谷间回荡：“我志愿加入中国共产党……随时准备为党和人民牺牲一切！”

这堂用脚步丈量、用眼睛见证、用心灵感悟的实景党课，为后续的“烽火征程”注入了澎湃的精神动力。
时空穿越：重担在肩，烽火相传
“97年前，震惊西北的渭华起义在这片红色热土爆发，这是党在陕西领导武装斗争的不朽丰碑！”主持人的话语将学员们带回革命战争的风云岁月，正式拉开了党建实战情景沙盘演练的序幕。

学员们“穿越”成为渭华地区地下党组织成员，肩负起一项生死攸关的使命——抢占秦岭烽火台，点燃象征希望的炬火，拯救危难中的群众。这场智慧与勇气的终极考验，被命名为“炬火行动”。

十一重炼狱：智勇闯关，揪出“内鬼”
此行绝非坦途。3支以区队为单位组成的行动队，面临着精心设计的11道极限关卡挑战。更添紧张的是，每支队伍中都潜伏着敌军“奸细”，唯有成功通过关卡，收集到足够的“红卡”，才能向“军师”换取揪出内奸的关键线索。能否肃清队伍，关乎最终成败。
支部火线成立，筑牢战斗堡垒
行动队成立党支部，召开三会一课，确定队伍名称口号，设计并画出队旗。
体能极限挑战·锻造钢铁之躯
这一关是体能大PK。行动队要同时经历4*10米往返跑、仰卧起坐、立定跳远和俯卧撑4项考验。
党史竞猜突围·慧眼识别奸细
