为进一步贯彻落实习近平总书记关于群团工作的重要论述精神，强化妇女思想政治引领工作，根据中宣部等开展“强国复兴有我”群众性主题宣传教育活动的安排，全国妇联以“学习你我行”为主题，线下突出“一地一特色”，线上推出“联联来播报”，分层分类分众开展巾帼大学习大宣讲活动。为更好呈现各地大学习大宣讲百花齐放的创新实践，从5月16日起，全国妇联女性之声开设专题，每周两篇集中展示各地活动成果，推动巾帼心向党引领行动走深走实。

云南省妇联坚持用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想凝心铸魂，以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线，围绕落实“五项行动”“六件实事”，构建“线上+线下”立体化宣传矩阵。发挥好全省妇联系统100余个网络新媒体平台作用，组建1万余支巾帼宣讲小分队，用好3.13万个“妇女之家”“妇女微家”、2.04万个“三新”领域妇联组织、新时代文明实践中心等阵地，结合“三访四察五送”工作，创新“庭院课堂”“火塘夜话”“双语宣讲”等特色形式，把“沾泥土、带露珠、冒热气”的宣讲送到妇女群众身边，团结引领各族妇女听党话、跟党走。

省妇联持续深化巾帼心向党引领行动，打造“云岭巾帼大学习”“云岭巾帼大宣讲”品牌。宣讲员们结合自身经历，以“活”的方式、“实”的内容、“新”的语言，把党的创新理论转化为通俗易懂、生动可感的内容，通过身边人讲身边事，将党的声音送到妇女群众身边，为女性成长与发展注入强大精神动力。
举办“跟党奋进新征程 巾帼建功新时代——云南省纪念‘三八’国际妇女节115周年主题活动”。全国三八红旗手、全国三八红旗集体、全国巾帼文明岗代表讲述奋斗故事，激励广大女性逐梦前行。
省妇联干部职工等以“快板+演绎”的形式，再现妇联干部、巾帼志愿者深入妇女群众身边开展党的创新理论宣传宣讲情景。并通过情景剧《和你在一起》《今夜，星光入怀》等表演，呈现全省各级妇联组织，妇联干部职工、执委和巾帼志愿者对留守、困境儿童的关心关爱，展现维护妇女儿童合法权益工作实效。
普洱市妇联用好民族团结誓词碑资源优势，讲好中华民族一家亲故事，引导妇女弘扬“民族团结誓词碑”光荣传统，续写民族团结新篇章。临沧市妇联深入开展“班洪四大嫂”学习实践活动，通过开展学好一封回信、建好一个基地、开展一系列宣传、树好一批典型、建强一方阵地、擦亮一块牌子的“六个一”活动，深化巾帼大学习大宣讲。西双版纳州妇联打造“雨林巾帼大讲堂”品牌，着力办好巾帼红讲堂、巾帼学法讲堂、巾帼建功讲堂、幸福家讲堂、绿美家庭讲堂“五个讲堂”，持续提升雨林巾帼宣讲的感染力与实效性。昆明市妇联不断拓展服务阵地，加强在“三新”组织、商圈等领域建立妇联组织，打造具有昆明特色的“花”妇联、“茶”妇联等品牌，进一步夯实引领妇女、服务妇女阵地。

最美巾帼奋斗者、全国三八红旗手标兵，普洱市澜沧县酒井乡勐根村党总支宣传委员、澜沧县拉祜族摆舞非遗文化传承人李娜倮，采用“宣讲+双语+文艺”的独特形式，将党的声音融入拉祜族的歌舞之中，向党员干部群众宣讲党的创新理论，把党和国家对边疆少数民族的关怀传递到每一个角落。

大理苍洱“金花”宣讲团，不断拓展宣讲方式，通过“宣传+双语+新媒体平台+文艺”等多种方式进行宣传宣讲。迪庆州德钦县妇联联合相关单位共同开展“话我中华情，同唱一首歌”系列活动。邀请全国民族团结进步模范个人、藏医尼玛次里通过汉藏双语为尼众宣讲党的民族宗教政策和相关法律法规。

落实“家庭服务巾帼行动”，举办科学家教育家风全国示范活动暨云南省妇联2025年家风家教主题宣传活动。全国五好家庭代表达坡玛吉家庭分享以音乐传承民族文化的家风故事。文山州“小小讲解员”杨浩淇与母亲陈婉秋讲述祖孙三代读书传家的家风传承。玉溪市妇联、宣威市妇联分别介绍“三级介入”家庭教育模式（一级学校普及、二级社区支持、三级入户陪伴）和家庭教育助力家风建设的做法。宣传解读2025年5月1日起正式施行的《云南省家庭教育促进条例》。
各级妇联广泛开展“涵养好家教·培育好家风”“家庭新风大讲堂”“送法进万家 家教伴成长”“心理健康关爱行”“家庭故事分享会”“行走的廉政课”等宣讲活动。以家庭“小切口”推动社会“大治理”，为推进中国式现代化云南实践凝聚家庭力量。
聚焦妇女群众急难愁盼，开展“宣讲+服务”惠民行动。推进“乡村振兴巾帼行动”，开展党的惠民政策宣讲，举办技能培训，促进妇女就业创业。富民县妇联在民族团结广场，开展以“巧手编制梦想”为主题的黎阳姐妹“共富工坊”联建活动，吸引了农村妇女、手工艺爱好者及青年创业者参与。推进“巾帼维权暖心行动”，开展“巾帼普法乡村行”活动，禄丰市妇联“龙乡嫂”普法服务队巧用“小广场大喇叭”，普及法律知识，并将法律知识融入情景剧、小品、快板等节目里，让群众在轻松氛围中掌握法律要点。持续深化爱心妈妈结对关爱服务工作，全省共招募17.7万名爱心妈妈，结对21.9万名留守儿童、困境儿童，把工作做到千家万户，不断增强妇女儿童的幸福感、获得感、安全感。

省妇联持续打造线上宣传矩阵，通过微信公众号、视频号、抖音等平台，深入学习宣传习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，习近平总书记关于妇女儿童和妇联工作、关于注重家庭家教家风建设重要论述及考察云南重要讲话精神，推动将《习近平走进百姓家》第一卷有声书纳入全省各级新时代文明实践中心（站、所）日常学习资源。持续讲好中国故事、中国妇女故事、云南故事、云南妇女故事。开设“云岭巾帼大学习”“家书家信传家风”“云岭巾帼”“一线快报”“以案说法·女性维权课堂” “巾帼普法乡村行·送‘法’进万家”暨引领婚育新风系列宣讲等专题专栏。2025年1至6月，省妇联“云南女声”新媒体平台传播量超1000万次，成为妇女群众喜爱的“指尖上的课堂”。
从城市到乡村，从田间地头到云端线上，“学习你我行”巾帼大学习大宣讲活动在云岭大地广泛开展。当党的声音如同暖流滋润七彩云南各族姐妹心田，当巾帼榜样的故事在边境村寨传颂，当千年彝绣在指尖绽放新的生命力——云南各族妇女姐妹正以“春风化雨”的宣讲为纽带，推进党的创新理论深入妇女人心，让“她力量”在“党的光辉照边疆 边疆人民心向党”的生动实践中绚丽绽放。
