节目邀请来自各行业的优秀女性走进直播间FM101.4，AM1071，讲述她们在各自岗位上热情付出的最美故事，激励广大妇女立足本岗创新实干，为全面建设社会主义现代化大都市、谱写中国式现代化天津篇章贡献巾帼力量。

陈向娟
天津张盈（滨海）律师事务所党支部书记、主任、一级律师，天津张盈律师事务所高级合伙人，2005年进入律师行业，有着近20年的执业经验，她坚持“以法为业、以德为本、以质取胜、以诚取信”，“公司法”“建筑工程”两个专业入选“天津市首批专业水平律师”名单，曾荣获“天津市优秀青年律师”“天津最美女律师”“最美女企业家”等称号，2018年基于全国优秀律师事务所——天津张盈律师事务所整体发展布局，在天津滨海新区空港经济区设立了天津张盈（滨海）律师事务所并担任主任。

兼任天津河北承德商会常务副会长，保税区商会副会长，天津市女企业家协会理事、妇联主席，还受聘担任最高人民检察院“民事行政检察咨询专家”、全国律师协会企业合规专委会委员。
她所在的律师事务所先后获评“全国律师行业先进基层党组织、全国优秀律师事务所、人民满意律师事务所”等多项荣誉。
